Letters and Reports
At times it may be necessary for us to write to your doctor. If this is the case, any referred letters that are required will be provided for you at no cost. If somebody asks us to write a report or letter on your behalf, or they request copies or files, then a fee will be charged. The cost will depend on the content involved and the length of time it takes us to complete the task for

Missed Appointments
Full fee will be charged for missed appointments without prior notice (48 hours).
